Montu Jani, LMHC, LPC is a licensed mental health counselor in Washington and a licensed professional counselor in Alaska. He currently serves as Program Director at OCD Anxiety Centers in Bellevue, Washington, where he provides clinical leadership, supports therapist development, and helps ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals and families impacted by OCD and anxiety disorders. Prior to moving to Washington, Montu served as the Chief Clinical Officer at North Star Hospital in Alaska, overseeing acute, residential, and outpatient programs and playing a key role in expanding access to mental health services in rural and underserved communities.
Montu is deeply passionate about mental health education, stigma reduction, and increasing access to effective, compassionate care. His commitment to this work is personal, shaped by witnessing his parents—immigrants from India—struggle to access mental health services due to cultural stigma and systemic barriers. This experience fueled his goal of reducing obstacles to care and advocating for more inclusive mental health systems. Montu holds two master’s degrees, one in Clinical Counseling from Longwood University and another in Health Administration from George Washington University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends.

Dr. Beall is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington and the Clinical Director at Polaris. She earned her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Antioch University and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Washington. She completed her clinical training at Seattle Children's Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for OCD, where she provided therapy to youth and families with severe OCD and comorbid related anxiety disorders. Dr. Beall's approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and parents to overcome OCD and anxiety-related disorders. She is also fluent in Portuguese.
Rindee G.P. Ashcraft, Ph.D
Executive Director, Polaris Family Behavioral Health
Dr. Ashcraft has worked with OCD and anxiety for the last 10 years, and with adolescents and teens for the last 20 years. She is an expert in navigating the intricacies of ERP, and tailors her therapy to each individual. She also has expertise in treating OCD Spectrum disorders such as Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Trichotillomania, and other Body Focused Repetitive Behavior Disorders. She founded Polaris Family Behavioral Health, PLLC to create a place where people are able to find effective, compassionate treatment for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. Dr. Ashcraft obtained her M.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2004. Dr. Ashcraft earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology in 2009 from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University in San Diego.
