Many clients with an anxiety disorder or obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) spend years in treatment without meaningful improvement - not because they're "treatment resistant," but because these disorders are often misunderstood and inadvertently reinforced in care. This training is designed to close that gap. Attendees will gain a practical, research-informed understanding of anxiety disorders and OCD, with a specific focus on how these conditions function, how they differ form one another, and how to make informed clinical decisions about what helps, and what harms.
